NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) Primary Care Commissioning Committee is led by local GPs and includes representation from Rochdale Borough Council and Healthwatch Rochdale.
The quarterly meetings are where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made about the commissioning of GP services in the Rochdale borough. Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings.
HMR CCG supports the NHS Accessible Information Standards and, therefore, if you require copies of meeting papers in different formats, please contact HMR CCG Engagement Lead, Phil Burton email@example.com or 01706 652151.
We welcome your questions and they are important to us.
If you wish to ask NHS HMR CCG a question, please click here. If you need support to draft your questions you can contact the CCG Engagement Lead at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the CCG will not provide a response to questions requesting an opinion based answer and is only able to provide factual responses.
At present many of our staff are working on Covid solutions and may not be able to answer your questions as quickly as we would normally do. We will keep you informed on the progress of your enquiry.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible for the Primary Care Commissioning Committee or partners to answer questions that involve confidential information or are about individual circumstances. Questions of this nature can be directed to our patient advice and liaison service (PALS).
